Dylan Stewart

From the moment Dylan was born in Hawthorne, California, he was surrounded by the love of his parents and his two brothers who he refers to as his best friends. When he initially began his creative endeavors, he was a photographer who enjoyed capturing moments to savor forever. However, he began to want to feel the things he made, to be able to hold them and share them physically. Luckily, Dylan is also a big plant guy, and after visiting the Inter-City Cactus and Succulent show and sale two years ago, he was deeply inspired by the organic, funky shapes and staging areas and decided he wanted to create ceramic pots for these stunning plants to live in. 

Thus began his new journey.

When Dylan creates, he isn’t focusing on everything he’s made before, he is simply creating what feels true to him-directly in the moment-drawing from his feelings, the techno music around him, and his thriving community of plant and ceramic lovers both online and in-person. Dylan’s pieces are deeply inspired by the nature around us, especially the native cacti and other dessert plants we see often. Dylan hopes to continue developing his funky, organic art, to provide stunning pots for some of the most incredible growers around the world.
